Disable screen lock

On the C317 device

Swipe down from the top edge of the screen to access the quick settings/status bar.
Tap on the Settings icon (often a gear symbol).
Navigate to the Display screen.
Scroll down to the Screen Lock option.
Toggle the screen lock function off. You might need to enter the current screen unlock PIN code (the initial one is often empty or 123456) to confirm the change.

Via the Web Interface (if available)

If you have access to the device's web interface, you can also configure this setting there:

Access the device's IP address in a web browser using the default password (typically admin321 or 123456).
Navigate to the Device > Display Setting > Screen Saver Setting interface.
Locate the Screen Lock option and disable it.
