#CX Hwo to listen to Voicemails on another extension

Please Note: Enable Voicemail pins for the extension you are listening from, and the extension you are trying to listen to.

How to Listen to another Extension's Voicemails:

1. Press the envelope button or call 999 from your desk phone.
2. When the system prompts for your PIN, do not enter it. Instead, press the # key on your dial pad.
3. Enter the Target Extension: The system will ask for the mailbox extension. Type the target extension number and press #.
4. Enter the PIN: Type the Voicemail PIN of the target extension and press #.
