- Set WIFI password
- Connect to router through WI-FI or LAN ports
- Go to https://192.168.1.1 (or gateway IP if changed)
- Use password located on back of router (unless changed)
- Select 'WIFI'
- Select 'Primary Network'
- Set WIFI name and password (copy from other(s) if adding to others)
- Save changes
- set guest and IoT name and password as well (optional)
- Save changes
- Enable Remote management from WAN
- Go to 'Advanced' tab
- go to 'System'
- Go to 'Remote administration'
- Check off "Using Primary HTTPS Port"
- Save changes
- Rename Device for identification (optional)
- Go to 'Advanced' tab
- Go to 'System settings'
- Rename "Router's Hostname" I.E: G3100-Office
- Save changes
- Bridge WAN and LAN ports
- Go to 'Advanced' tab
- Go to 'Network Connections'
- Select 'Broadband Connection (Ethernet/Coax)'
- Press 'Settings' OR 'Edit' (can be found on top or bottom)
- Scroll down to "Bridge" section
- Check off 'Broadband Connection (Ethernet/Coax)'
- Change 'IP Address Distribution' to 'Disabled'
- Save changes
