1. Add a new user
- Go to 'Users' and create a new user.
- First name
- Last Name
- Add Credential
- Name: HID
- Site/Card number (Given by HID Origo)
- Pin: auto
- Press 'Add Credential"
(repeat for other credentials (fob, card, etc) or choose PIN instead)
- Press '+Create" at the bottom
2. Create a Schedule (in Users tab)
- Go to 'Schedules' and create a new (users) schedule per location
- Name: Name + Location (i.e: John Joe 54))
- Partitions: UMJCA = yes
- Create a Schedule
- For Each day:
- Edit the first span at the bottom left (12AM until first allowed time)
- Times are for the full minute
- Start time are on from the start of the minute (i.e :00)
- End Times -1 minute (i.e :59)
- Times are for the full minute
- add more spans to fill the day (allowed/not allowed times)
- Edit the first span at the bottom left (12AM until first allowed time)
- Copy to other days or create new spans per day
- Press '+Create" at the bottom
- For Each day:
3. Create an Access Privilege Group
- Go to 'Access Privilege Groups' and create a new schedule
- Group Type: Local
- Name: Name + Location
- Users: Select the user
- Readers: Select all readers for that location
- Press '+Create" at the bottom
