Decommission User from Office 365, 3CX

Office 365

Users page (Active users), click on the user.

  • Block sign-in
  • Mail tab
    • Convert to shared mailbox
    • Turn off show in global address list
    • Set automatic replies
    • Set up forwarding
  • OneDrive tab
    • If you need files from their personal OneDrive, click on Create Link to files. Then you can go to that link and download things you need
  • License tab
    • Remove all licenses
    • (You will still be paying for this license)

 

3CX

Users page

  • Open the user
  • Change or remove the e-mail
  • Change the name
  • Reset password
