Enable the CRM integration


Call journaling will only work when the phone number is found from Freshdesk exactly as it is in caller ID. Therefore, we have an alternate CRM template in 3CX that sends the contact lookup to a different API endpoint so we check if the contact already exists in Freshdesk, and create it if it doesn't.
