If the Outlook windows is not even opening:
- Since DiamondTrack is 32-bit, make sure Office is also 32-bit
- Outlook should be the default mail handler
- DiamondTrack should not be run as administrator
If Outlook opens, but doesn't get the attachment, or gets a small attachment:
- Disable the Virtual Store and restart the computer
- Make sure all users have full access to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Blueground\DiamondTrack folder.
