Unable to send e-mails from DiamondTrack with Outlook

If the Outlook windows is not even opening:

  • Since DiamondTrack is 32-bit, make sure Office is also 32-bit
  • Outlook should be the default mail handler
  • DiamondTrack should not be run as administrator

If Outlook opens, but doesn't get the attachment, or gets a small attachment:

  • Disable the Virtual Store and restart the computer
  • Make sure all users have full access to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Blueground\DiamondTrack folder.
