In the Mailcow admin, go to System -> Configuration -> Global Filter Maps -> Regex maps. Click on I will be careful!
To whitelist domains in the From field on e-mails, edit global_mime_from_whitelist.map. These are the domains of the original sender.
/.*@(.+\.)?(livenation\.com|ticketmaster\.com|ticketmaster\.ca|seatgeek\.com|stubhub\.com|vividseats\.com|evenue\.net|tickets\.com|etix\.com|axs\.com|automatiq\.com|lysted\.com|fifa\.com|mlb\.com|mlbemail\.com|gmail\.com|icloud\.com|outlook\.com)$/
Also paste this list into the global_smtp_from_whitelist.map. This refers to the domains that are forwarding the message.
/.*@(.+\.)?(gmail\.com|icloud\.com|outlook\.com)$/
