How To Connect To a Team Member for Remote Support (windows)

Option 1: VNC 


    1. Install TightVNC

    2.  Locate and Right-Click the TightVNC icon at the bottom Right of your (primary) screen.





   3. select the "Attach Listening Viewer..." option.







    4. Type in the address of the Agen you want to connect to:



       - For Mickey: help.mikopia.com

       - for David: help.mikopia.com:1

       - For Mike: help.mikopia.com:2

       - For Nathan: help.mikopia.com:4


    5. Press the Attach button on the bottom of the window.


Option 2: Anydesk


    1. download and run anydesk

    2. Once opened, share your address given at the top of the window. usually 9-10 digits long.

    3. Accept the connection.
