Note the MAC address on the bottom of the phone.

1. Power off the phone by unplugging the power or Ethernet cable

2. Plug the cable back in.

3. As the phone is turning on, you will see a cancel button on the bottom of the screen. When you see it, press it.

4. Before the coundown runs out, hold the 1, 3, 5 keys simultaneously.

5. the phone will ask for a password. (The password is the MAC address of the phone, and the letters are all lower-case)

        To type in the MAC address, you need to be in the following mode:

  • 1->Aa: This outputs numbers
  • A->a1: This outputs UPPERCASE letters (dont use)
  • a->1A: This outputs lowercase letters (for ecample, to type in "c", you need to press the 2 key 3 times when on lowercase letter mode)

       **the down key deletes the latest character**

6. Press OK
