Mailcow: Recover Global Sieve Prefilter

After upgrading to 2026-10, the global prefilter gets reset.

To recover:

sudo -i
cd /opt/mailcow-dockerized
grep -n -A 100 "global_sieve_before" update_diffs/*

# get the second number after index:
