Open Dell SupportAssist
Settings -> System Repair -> Turn off System Repair
Also delete this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\Snapshots\Backup
Uninstall Dell SupportAssist Remediation
This also deletes the folder C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\Snapshots
